Job Summary:

As a Project Engineer at Copeland, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team to achieve project objectives and quality commitment. You will work closely with the team leader to ensure that all goals and objectives are met, and you will participate in team operations and project execution aspects through effective communication and teamwork.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • With a service-oriented approach, you will grasp job knowledge and skills to accomplish each task in project execution, handling challenges with good ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • You will be responsible for engineering work scopes, including detailed graphic making, implementation of software, hardware design, and check of implementation software/hardware, as well as domestic and overseas site services.
  • You will implement quality procedures such as configuration management to ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
  • You will align with good behavior and performance of project execution to achieve operational excellence goals and objectives dynamically.

You are a detail-oriented and organized individual who is able to effectively communicate in various settings, including one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You are a team player who creates an environment where others across the organization can achieve shared objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Automatic Control, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Years of working experience in the instrument and automatic control industries.
  • Willingness to long-term travel, with flexibility to respond to emergency situations.
  • Fluency in oral and written Korean and good English communication skills.
  • Excellent Get Result/Accountability, Analyzes Issue, and Service Oriented skills.
  • Familiarity with Team work/Collaboration and Communication.
  • Handling Challenges with strong Quality Commitment awareness.
  • Understanding/acceptance of BUs' Vision, Mission, Strategy, and applying it into daily work.
  • High sense of occupational health and safety acumen.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of Network is preferred.
  • Excellent Visual Basic and/or Java Script skills are preferred.
  • Foreign company working experience is preferred.
