About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Ltd. This role is responsible for delivering operation training for POC products to customers and business partners, as well as troubleshooting and complaint handling from an application perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver operation training for POC products to customers and business partners.
- Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling from an application perspective.
- Develop or localize training materials and best practice experiences to help fulfill responsibilities.
- Communicate academically with in-company or ex-company experts to keep up updated technical skills or messages.
- Achieve company, organizational, and personal goals to ensure business development.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of working experience in IVD Service, preferably in the POC branch. You should have adequate IT knowledge, including basic network communication, server/client concept, and SQL database concept. Additionally, you should have good command of computer skills and be highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
