Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. As a key member of our Finance & Accounting Division, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with our Corporate Strategic Priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining our high standards of Financial Management.
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
  • CA certification would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
