Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop hydraulic systems for power stations and valve blocks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet customer needs and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and calculations.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design integrity and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hydraulic system design, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of designed products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or Hydraulic background preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hydraulic system design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Creo design software.
  • Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Self-motivated, continuous self-learning oriented, hardworking, and team-oriented individual.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
