Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Asset Reliability Lead to join our Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Initiate and manage corporate maintenance programs based on best practices in the FMGC industry.
  • Consolidate maintenance concepts and lead the Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillar to ensure consistent methodology implementation.
  • Analyze operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance-related metrics.
  • Institutionalize the use of CMMS to track maintenance activities within plants.
  • Implement best practices for MRO inventory management to reduce inventory value and increase turns.
  • Partner with HR to develop criteria and testing protocols for hiring highly skilled maintenance associates.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive maintenance and reliability tactical training to maintenance resources.
  • Conduct internal PM assessments to ensure program integrity and compliance with IL6S phases requirements.
  • Lead global counterparts to establish global pillar standards and expand knowledge through the creation of PM content.
  • Support plant teams to improve line reliability and reduce breakdowns.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering managerial roles.
  • Proven TPM expertise and PM full implementation.
  • Experience leading a plant maintenance organization within the FMGC industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in fluid, fast-paced situations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMMS like SAP PM - SAP MM.
  • Experience with FMEA, RCM, and MRO management.
  • Verbal and written English skills to regularly work within regional and global PM teams.
  • Experience in leading and deploying large-scale projects across multiple plants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
