Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Flavor Solutions team at McCormick & Company, Inc.
About the RoleThis is a key position responsible for ensuring food safety and quality in our GKA customers' products. The successful candidate will be an assistant line manager who can conduct and complete quality management tasks, evaluate food safety assessments, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Assistant line manager to conduct and complete Flavor Solutions GKA customers product quality management to ensure food safety and meet customer expectations.
- Support Flavor Solutions new product launch projects, evaluate food safety assessments, and avoid quality risks; prepare new product quality materials and participate in new product testing processes.
- Support Flavor Solutions customer quality inquiries, including complaint follow-up, demand feedback, and product quality file review and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and internal partners to promote continuous customer intimacy.
- Be responsible for and drive quality improvement of current products by coordinating with internal teams to take actions continuously.
- Establish, maintain, and manage product information databases up-to-date, working closely with Plant QA and sales teams on product quality issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Food Science or related field.
- Over 3 years' working experience in multi-culture food manufacturing companies.
- Inherent energy, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and driving determination to know the answers.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000, depending on location and experience.
