Japanese Language Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Japanese Language Lecturer to join our team at Xi an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). As a Japanese Language Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching Japanese language modules to undergraduate students, as well as contributing to the development of the Japanese language program.
Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Japanese Language Lecturer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Japanese language modules to undergraduate students
- Developing and delivering curriculum for Japanese language courses
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback
- Contributing to the development of the Japanese language program
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to departmental decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a relevant area, such as Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language
- At least two years of post-master's relevant teaching experience, preferably at university level
- A good standard of written and spoken English, as this is the working language of the university
