Your Team

As a new Client Application Specialist, you will join the Customer Services division. This team is dedicated to ensuring operational continuity. They proactively address potential issues and oversee seamless maintenance and upgrades. The team provides user support, comprehensive documentation, and long-term application management to ensure everything operates efficiently.

Your Profile

We seek an individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A master's degree (or equivalent experience) with a keen interest in information technology.
  • A dedicated relationship builder who enjoys fostering long-term connections with clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to thorough investigation.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work autonomously.
  • The capability to work methodically and adhere to established procedures while continuously seeking improvement. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with the OMP Solution.
