As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for formulating the market entry strategy and implementing our services and solutions within the Mining and Metals sector. You will gain insights into the business challenges encountered by client leaders in prominent organizations and craft solutions that effectively facilitate their transformation journeys.

Your role will involve strategic client engagement throughout the consulting value chain, leading and/or supporting initiatives in business development, project execution, and account management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulating a go-to-market strategy to bolster national business expansion in collaboration with consulting teams.
  • Working closely with global teams to contribute to thought leadership, service offerings, and methodologies, integrating global best practices into the local market.
  • Leading business development initiatives alongside consulting teams, providing expert guidance in the creation of client proposals.
  • Offering specialized advisory support in consulting business evaluations and implementation projects.
  • Establishing trust with senior client executives and nurturing relationships in alignment with the account team to enhance and broaden connections.
  • Engaging in and contributing to internal and external functional and/or industry networks to foster new business opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Practice Teams.
  • Possessing extensive hands-on operational management or management consulting experience, including strategy formulation, operational roadmap development, and integration into business units.
  • Demonstrating the ability to cultivate new business and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Exhibiting profound knowledge in relevant industries or subject areas and leveraging this expertise externally.
  • Having a proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, with a history of driving account revenue growth.
  • Managing diverse and remote teams of consultants effectively, guiding them to meet business and client objectives.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment.
