As a Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in formulating the go-to-market strategy and executing our service offerings within the Mining and Metals sector. You will gain insights into the business challenges encountered by client executives in leading organizations and devise solutions that effectively facilitate their transformation journeys.

Your role will encompass strategic and client-facing engagements throughout the consulting value chain, spearheading and/or supporting business development initiatives, project execution, and account management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulating a go-to-market strategy to bolster national business growth in collaboration with consulting teams.
  • Working closely with global teams to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, integrating global best practices into the local market.
  • Leading business development activities in conjunction with consulting teams, providing expert support in crafting client proposals.
  • Offering expert advisory support in consulting business assessments and implementation projects.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to senior client executives and nurturing relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand connections.
  • Engaging in and contributing to internal and external functional and/or industry networks to foster new business opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Practice Teams.
  • Possessing extensive hands-on operational management or management consulting experience, including strategy formulation, operational roadmap development, and integration into business units.
  • Demonstrating the ability to cultivate new business and manage complex engagements from inception to completion.
  • Exhibiting profound knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and leveraging it externally.
  • Having a proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, with a history of driving account revenue growth.
  • Managing diverse and remote teams of consultants effectively, guiding them to achieve business and client objectives.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment.
