Drive Process Automation with Siemens

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Process Automation team in Siemens Ltd., China. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Process Automation products, including DCS systems, CPU, PCS 7, PCS neo, and IO.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enter new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collect feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in specific industries and regions.
  • Maintain product data, prepare quotations, and set product targets to drive business growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, product management, business development, or solution roles.
  • Knowledge of Process Automation product portfolio and field of application.
  • Additional experience with DCS systems is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
