Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior High Speed IC Product Engineer to join our team at Monolithic Power Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of high-speed mixed-signal IC products from initial objective spec to mass production.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and test engineers to develop product test plans and solutions for new high-speed products.
- Support product characterization and qualification, including characterization, correlation, ESD, LU, and reliability qualification, and continuously enhance yield and improve quality of devices in mass production.
- Collaborate with internal teams for engineering sample support and delivery.
- Engage in solving all issues, internal or external, to improve product quality across the product lifetime.
- Support product/process subcon (fab/bumping/assembly/test, etc.) transfer.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in a related position.
- Experience with high-speed IC development, such as SerDes/DDR/PCIE, and digital-analog mixed chip and SOC chip is preferred.
- Familiarity with high-speed and mixed-signal SOC product characterization and qualification, including characterization, correlation, ESD, LU, and reliability qualification.
- Familiarity with ATE testing, processing DFT/DFM, and data analysis ability is necessary.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in the use of various test instruments.
- Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, with a minimum of CET-4 certification.
