As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the hotel's operation.
About the RoleThis full-time position primarily involves daytime work during weekdays and weekends. You will ensure that all local and corporate policies and procedures are observed and supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting office.
Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly understand and possess a working knowledge of the Accounting & Finance Manual.
- Participate in and develop staff training programs to minimize staff turnover and maintain high morale.
- Ensure accurate and compliant outstanding liability for all revenue/profit-related fees.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and countersign bank reconciliations.
- Minimum three years of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field.
- Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
- Competitive Salary: RMB 250,000 - 300,000 per annum.
