Who we are looking for

The people will be responsible for the management of the Asia Pacific professional services group to the PAM Accounting Software Group which can be delivered as a SaaS model or with Managed Services as part of the overall value proposition.

The PAM Accounting Software is a key strategic growth engine and has a global installed client base spanning Insurance, Asset Managers and Asset owners. Due to rapid growth and expansion of capabilities, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to be part of this exciting growth journey.

What you will be responsible for

Responsible for managing of resources to ensure prioritization of business growth objectives across Asia Pacific. This includes Pre-Sales technical consulting, Deal modeling and estimations, technical implementation and post implementation handover to the client servicing teams for ongoing support and relationship management.

Ensure adequate implementation resources are planned against a growth-oriented pipeline and ensure optimal allocation of technical and project management resources.

Serve as a steering committee chair of all deals between STT and Client's leadership teams to ensure regular project management updates and to take necessary actions necessary to ensure timely delivery of all client engagements.

Lead and executes client presentations, client meetings, product collaboration, RFPs and sales execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Serves as a subject matter expert speaking to details as required to support sales efforts, client onboarding and daily client interactions;

Interface with global and regional teams to collaborate on key client and product initiatives;

Education & Preferred Qualifications

This is a leadership position and will be expected to bring the regional and global teams together to collaborate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Demonstrated knowledge or experience in the investment accounting business;

Demonstrated excellent communication skills with ability to effectively run meetings and collaborate across teams and functions;

Proven ability to earn client trust and develop relationships (internal and external);

Proven leadership experience in management of a software solutions unit and/or relevant technology division;

Proven leadership experience in managing and retaining of high performing talents and to further strengthen the talent base of the overall PAM Software business.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management or related field; plus

10-15 years of relevant financial industry experience
