Job Title: Supply Chain Quality Supervisor-Suzhou/Shanghai

Job Summary:

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Supervisor-Suzhou/Shanghai to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and processes meet Pfizer's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all products and materials meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities and processes are compliant with Pfizer's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality assurance, supply chain management, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
