About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our employees in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the culture of the company, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the Atlas Copco brand.
  • Organize and support information sharing, cultural promotion, and related activities, including the implementation of Diversity & Inclusive initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and equipment, as well as service contracts, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate notifications and interview arrangements.
  • Support various training activities and supervise office cleaning, including pantry, toilets, meeting rooms, and carpet cleaning.
  • Manage business travel arrangements for employees and visitors, including visa applications, hotel reservations, and transportation.
  • Apply administrative fees and provide support for company events, annual meetings, employee birthdays, and other activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and over 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a careful and responsible approach.
  • Good English and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel analysis.
  • Strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to optimize processes and improve work efficiency.
