KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement portfolio strategies for our offerings, including products, technical services, consulting, and digital solutions, across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer and market demands in relation to our existing offerings, identifying opportunities for unique and profitable solutions that set us apart in the marketplace.
  • Oversee the business viability (Net Present Value) of RDI initiatives, making decisions regarding product composition, service configurations, project budgets, pricing strategies based on value creation, expected contribution margins, profitability, product registration, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage portfolio lifecycle assessments, coordinating research on new mechanisms of action, applications, and positioning strategies to enhance profitability and extend product lifecycles.
  • Maintain regular communication with Global Consulting Experts to validate the feasibility of technical concepts related to portfolio development and management.
  • Collaborate consistently with Strategic Marketing and Value Creation teams to evaluate and confirm our value-based pricing strategies.
  • Engage with Regional Strategic Marketing Directors to monitor and assess the performance of our portfolio in various regional markets.
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence to evaluate and benchmark our portfolio against competitive alternatives in the market, focusing on value creation and perceived customer value.
  • Liaise with regulatory colleagues (internal) and external regulatory bodies to stay informed about current and future market impacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Health, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a related domain.
  • Proven experience in technical, commercial, and marketing sectors.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead complex projects effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge in animal health, particularly in monogastric species, primarily poultry.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in sales and marketing, international exposure, multicultural competencies, leadership skills, teamwork, and basic financial acumen for business case development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and integrate diverse perspectives.
