This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant QA Engineer. This position plays a crucial role within our organization, focusing on quality assurance and compliance. You will report directly to the QA/GMP Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in processes and ensure adherence to high-quality product standards.
  • Fulfill on-site quality assurance duties for pharmaceutical and biotechnology production.
  • Coordinate the establishment, maintenance, and enhancement of management system procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct internal GMP audits to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate external audits and respond to customer inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Act as an advocate for customers by managing changes effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and improvement requests, investigating root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to manage non-conforming materials and ensure compliance with ISO9000 standards and GMP requirements.
  • Provide technical support to the analytical laboratory, ensuring a thorough understanding of product quality and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of applicable GMP regulations.
  • At least three years of experience in on-site management.
  • Proficient written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ethical behavior and responsibility.
  • Adept at making informed decisions and driving value for the organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • International experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GMP laboratory standards is preferred.
