Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Shangri-La. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accountants.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • CPA certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English.
