About Your Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies to create products that meet customer expectations and business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seasonal inspiration, style, and product concept boards or sketches.
  • Collaborate with development and product management teams to ensure timely execution and meet merchandising business needs.
  • Ensure design practicality and meet business requirements, with a focus on the APAC region.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant trends and leverage the brand DNA of Style, Performance, and Green.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
  • Provide feedback on design ideas and establish design standards for company use.
  • Support subordinates' career plans and coach team members as role models.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience designing outdoor and sportswear apparel.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • 8-15 years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
  • Creativity, innovative design skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
