About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Engineer to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HSE program, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective HSE management.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical or safety engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
