About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Engineer to join our team at Freudenberg. As an HSE Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HSE program, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees are aware of HSE procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices to ensure our HSE program remains effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical or safety engineering.
• At least two years of experience in HSE, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
