Bilingual Physics Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Bilingual Physics Teacher to join our team at an International School in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics subjects to students in secondary education, utilizing the IGCSE and A-Level framework, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience.
About the SchoolOur school is a bilingual boarding school located in Minhang District, Shanghai, catering to children aged 6-18. We offer a unique educational experience, merging the Chinese national curriculum with the International Baccalaureate. Our experienced faculty is dedicated to providing a world-class education, guiding students towards top universities globally.
Job Responsibilities- Teach Physics subjects to students in secondary education, utilizing the IGCSE and A-Level framework.
- Prepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and enhance the school's curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing targets for improvement.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents.
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments.
- Qualified Teacher status with 3-5 years of teaching experience.
- Ability to teach one or two science subjects.
- Willingness to teach across 3-4 grade levels.
- Knowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methods.
- Proficiency in addressing individual needs through differentiated instruction and diverse learning strategies.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Monthly salary of 12,000 to 24,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
