  • Manage the operation and preventive maintenance of facility systems to ensure availability and eliminate unscheduled breakdowns.
  • Ensure that all utility requirements of manufacturing lines are within specification.
  • Manage facility spare parts inventory and ensure adequate inventory control.
  • Supervise compliance with defined safety and environmental policies and regulations.
  • Plan, design, estimate, process, and supervise the implementation of improvement projects.
  • Prepare and submit regular status reports to ensure the department is well-informed.
  • Support product engineers in transferring products to production.
  • Implement 6S activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, or ECE.
  • At least 6 years of related working experience, with experience establishing new sites a plus.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments is a must, with equipment assembly factory experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of facilities equipment and system operation.
  • Knowledge of engineering theories and their application.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Basic English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical report writing and 8D report writing skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
