Job Title: Senior Project Engineer for Hazardous Substances and Machinery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of machinery and equipment in various industries, including hazardous substances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety evaluations and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety risk management systems to mitigate hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve safety-related issues and provide training on safety best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of existing safety management systems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Mechatronics, Safety Engineering, or similar.
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in machinery safety and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, with a minimum of CET 6 or equivalent.
