Marketing and Leasing Portfolio Leader

The Role

This position will be leading and managing the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of properties within Mapletree's portfolio
  • Sourcing new tenancies and collaborating with property agents
  • Identifying market segments and prospects for growth
  • Coordinating lease management activities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent
  • At least 6 years' experience in marketing and leasing
  • Strong command of verbal and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry and extensive network of contacts

Salary Range: Estimated salary: SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
