Production Planning and Control
- Develop and implement production plans based on customer forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Design and execute daily production schedules to meet customer delivery demands, maximizing production capacity.
- Implement leveling strategies to regulate production pace and minimize disruptions.
- Respond promptly to market changes and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Provide high-quality production reports on time, meeting all necessary requirements.
Production Control
- Monitor and enhance daily output and leveling performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Reduce Work-In-Progress (WIP) and block stock levels, optimizing production efficiency.
- Coordinate quality issues, preventing production line disruptions and ensuring customer delivery commitments.
- Apply the Push or Pull principle to optimize value streams.
Key Performance Indicators
- Track and analyze KPIs, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
- Focus on leveling performance, auto planning, delivery in order (DIO), and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Ensure no production line downtime due to planning errors.
Information Flow and Planning
- Interface between delivery and source departments, enhancing information flow and collaboration.
- Improve planning quality and efficiency, reducing errors and delays.
- Regularly review and optimize planning parameters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance Business Process Score (BPS) maturity level for production.
- Develop and implement projects derived from system CIP workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, supply chain management, or business management.
- Fluent English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and conflict management skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.
