About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nutrition Executive to join our team at Bayer. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our new products in the region and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional customer plans and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
• Collect and analyze market information and insights to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
• Manage and monitor the launch and growth of new products, including data analysis and ROI control.
• Organize and participate in internal and external training meetings to ensure sales representatives and customers have the necessary product knowledge and selling points.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Integrity and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives.
• Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
