Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote new products in the region to achieve sales targets and work with the sales team to implement marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement regional customer plans and marketing strategies in line with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Collect and provide timely market information and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze internal and external data to identify problems and opportunities and provide solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to develop business plans for key customers and regularly visit them to build relationships.
  • Manage the launch and control of new products, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI control.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful project execution for new products.
  • Organize and participate in internal and external training sessions to ensure sales representatives and external customers have the necessary product knowledge and selling points.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and integrity.
  • Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC retail industry.
