Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving profitable channel growth through effective trade spending optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth P&L analysis and provide actionable business recommendations to steer profitable channel growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to fully support business development initiatives, including margin analysis, trade term design and execution, and investment evaluation.
  • Implement and follow up on trade term results monthly, providing contract governance function support for the responsible channel.
  • Develop and manage the overall policy governance of Trade Spending budget across all channels to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required by top management, including new business model requests and related financial simulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience is necessary.
  • Financial/Controlling background or Sales Steering experience is preferred.
  • Logical thinking and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
