We are a leading home appliances manufacturer seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive talent development, organizational growth, and strategic initiatives.
Job Description
This is a key role that requires collaboration with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. The successful candidate will have expertise in talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement Talent Development and Leadership strategies
- Drive and implement P&O strategy in the business
- Act as a consultant to business leaders, monitor team and org. development processes
- Lead related HR projects based on business needs
Requirements:
- HR function experience > 6 years
- HRBP experience > 3 years
- T&D background preferred > 3 years
- Leadership experience preferred > 3 years
- Multi-culture experience > 3 years
Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
(Estimated salary based on location and industry standards)
