About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our global sales team, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products.

Job Description:

The objective of this position is to deliver exceptional results by recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces.

You will leverage your superior communication, organizational, and technical skills to operate in a fast-paced environment where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit, and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
  • Share lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases with other teams within Amazon worldwide.
  • C coordinate and lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results with stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of inside sales experience.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying companies.
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.

Salary Estimate: The estimated salary range for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
