Global Sales Strategist

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining instrument sales with complementary diagnostic reagents. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gain.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10 years of working experience in Healthcare/IVD.
- 5 years of management experience within sales function.
- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management, and negotiation tactics.
- Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain, and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
- Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.
- Positive attitude, ability to work under high pressure.
