Global Business Development Manager

The Global Business Development Manager - Trade Marketing will be responsible for defining innovation launch plans to ensure successful GTM launches, including pricing, promotion, and assortment.
This role involves working on business plans for respective channels in the laundry care BU and ensuring investment efficiency.
The manager will co-work with the supply chain team to develop annual and monthly rolling forecasts to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Prioritizing shopper preferences, the manager will plan and optimize assortment plans for offline channels.
Additionally, this role includes coordinating promotional plans for representative products to win market share and consumer loyalty.
A key responsibility is co-selling new products and product plans to customers alongside sales teams.
The manager will track and monitor execution plans with sales teams to ensure high-quality innovation activity execution.
The role also involves actively collecting best practices and feedback from the field and sharing them internally.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with preferred experience in home appliance industry or sales.
- Good command of trade management and marketing ideas, with the ability to organize 'go-to-market' activities.
- Capable of performing business deep dives, with basic financial and data sensitivity.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ownership and accountability for related scope.
- Proficient in using office software, including Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Capable of communicating effectively in English, with the option to use it as the primary work language.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
