About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Strategist in Nanjing, China. As a key member of our Partner Development team, you will play a vital role in driving Paid Service and development through strategic partnerships and government collaborations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and identify opportunities for brand awareness and entrepreneur engagement through government and association activities.
  • Assist leadership in developing strategic plans for government and partnership initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local government entities and agencies.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to achieve business outcomes.
  • Identify and collaborate with potential partners to drive business growth.
  • Explore new channels for Paid Service enrollment and stay up-to-date on Jiangsu SME ecosystem trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements and influence product roadmaps.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
