We are seeking a skilled Service Pricing Strategist to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Group. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven pricing strategies.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Service Pricing Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting competitor benchmarking on service charging and consumer pay to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to review SP prices and pricing accessibility, and their impact on consumer satisfaction and service business;
- Maintaining system master data of Spare Parts (top categories) as the local key user of Syncorn;
- Working closely with field service, technical central, and data analyst teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in Appliance or 3C service industry;
- Fluent English language skills;
