1. Design research, collect data, and conduct analysis on shopper journey by purchase occasions.

2. Conduct research to understand factors that influence shoppers’ brand, product, and channel choices.

3. Qualify product claims, visual merchandising, & POS materials.

4. Conduct tests to optimize in-store product assortments and pricing.

5. Track customer satisfaction with sales counselling, product usage, and after sales services.
