Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and short-term tasks, setting priorities and goals for team members.
  • Supervise and train employees, supporting their development and providing guidance on recruitment, performance evaluation, and recognition.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing sales, marketing, operations, and finance responsibilities for one or multiple stores.
  • Take on all store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Directly supervise department managers, employees, and customer service representatives.
  • Prepare and submit store activity statistics and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Visual teams to improve and maintain store displays and fixtures.
  • Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences, implementing and executing global and regional plans to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 4 years of retail experience, with 1 year or more in a management role.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule in the retail industry.
