Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Region to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Product Group(s) to identify growth opportunities and conditions.
  • Challenge sales objectives and strategic projects to ensure profitable growth and market share development.
  • Drive sales contribution to the Product Group(s) Mid Term Plan and Budget.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regional communications and support the National Director as the key interface to regional customers and local authorities.
