Business Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Region to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Product Group(s) to identify growth opportunities and conditions.
- Challenge sales objectives and strategic projects to ensure profitable growth and market share development.
- Drive sales contribution to the Product Group(s) Mid Term Plan and Budget.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate regional communications and support the National Director as the key interface to regional customers and local authorities.
