Amazon (Shanghai) International Trade Company Limited Nanjing Branch - P09 seeks a CN Seller Growth Manager to drive the success of China-based sellers on Amazon marketplaces.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with account management experience to partner with sellers and marketing teams to grow their businesses on Amazon. The successful candidate will work closely with sellers, monitoring their performance, identifying opportunities, and driving local seller engagement activities to maximize their presence and business on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Sellers' Businesses: Work with sellers to expand their product offerings on Amazon and increase their revenue through profitable sales.
- Drive Feature Adoption: Collaborate with sellers to enhance customer experiences on Amazon by promoting feature adoption and driving innovation.
- Seller Performance and Product Quality: Support sellers in achieving high levels of product quality and performance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Build Local Seller Community: Develop and execute strategies to build a strong local seller community, fostering online and offline engagement activities that drive growth and success.
- Category Expertise: Establish deep knowledge of assigned product/industry categories through research and customer insights, ensuring informed decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms. A Master's degree from a top-tier school is preferred, along with proficiency in data analysis and program management. Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
