About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch].

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products.

  • Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces.
  • Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
  • Identify, recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles.
  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
