Customer Business Development District Manager

Ferrero is a global company with a family-owned business model, operating in more than 50 countries and selling products in over 170 countries. Our iconic brands, such as Nutella, Tic Tac, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, Kinder Bueno, and Kinder Surprise, are loved by generations around the world.
Main Responsibilities- 1. Sales Performance: Manage sales performance in the assigned district, ensuring budget adherence and alignment with business objectives.
- 2. Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies for the district, focusing on Ferrero's business model and expanding coverage.
- 3. Commercial Activities: Coordinate and execute commercial activities, including trade promotions, market development, and sales operations, to drive business growth.
- 4. Talent Management: Lead and manage sales teams, developing their sales skills and performance, and ensuring effective communication of Ferrero's sales principles and policies.
- 5. Store Activations: Oversee the execution of store activations, ensuring sales conditions, agreements, and related KPIs are met.
- 6. Supply Chain Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, proposing solutions to address stock-related issues.
- College degree and above, with CET 4 level of English, familiar with MS Office.
- FMCG industry field sales management experience.
- Strong understanding of company policies and the ability to effectively communicate them to subordinates.
- Excellent logical thinking, team management, and leadership skills.
