Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesalers and general stores.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and expand distributor network.
  • Manage stock levels and negotiate with wholesalers and general stores.
  • Implement Ferrero guidelines for sales targets, distribution, and shelf display.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
Requirements
  • College degree or higher, with experience in wholesaler management and DSR management.
  • Strong sales technique, good communication skills, and negotiation ability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
