The position of Senior Customer Business Development Executive at Ferrero involves expanding sales of Ferrero products in assigned territories through effective distribution development.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesalers and general stores.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and expand distributor network.
- Manage stock levels and negotiate with wholesalers and general stores.
- Implement Ferrero guidelines for sales targets, distribution, and shelf display.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- College degree or higher, with experience in wholesaler management and DSR management.
- Strong sales technique, good communication skills, and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
