Business Development Manager, OEM

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic business opportunities in the OEM market.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key clients in the IVD and applied markets
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to OEM-out our products to other companies
- Develop and execute account plans to build strategic relationships with clients
- Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete prioritized business opportunities
- Prioritize effective customer visits and provide technical support to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Sophisticated knowledge of Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, BioProduction, and IVD regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
This role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) and flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
