Customer Business Development District Manager

The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales results and develop coverage and the Ferrero business model for the assigned city.

Main Responsibilities:- 1. Business Management:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts for the region;
- Ensure budget management is reasonable and aligned with business goals;
- Develop and manage distributors and wholesalers, determine Ferrero's business objectives and policies for clients, and ensure efficiency in business processes with distributors and wholesalers;
- Monitor the execution of in-store activities, sales conditions, agreements, and related store KPIs;
- Ensure inventory management and control, and propose measures to resolve inventory issues;
- Ensure the efficiency of market channel project processes.
- 2. Interdepartmental Collaboration and Personnel Management:
- Ensure the implementation of national and local key client agreements;
- Execute channel marketing activities, actively and reasonably execute in-store activities;
- Develop and manage the sales team's sales capabilities and performance, explain Ferrero's sales principles and business policies, communicate new products, new projects, promotions, etc.;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the regional manager or company.
- College degree and above, CET 4 level of English, Familiar with MS office;
- FMCG industry field sales management experience;
- Have a good understanding of company policies and can effectively deliver the policies to subordinate;
- Logical thinking, strong team management and leadership.
