Job Title: SHD Business Development Manager/Specialist Nanjing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager/Specialist to join our team in Nanjing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and acquiring new customers, implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share, and renewing key large existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a "Go-To-Market" strategy for the responsible area and set sales targets for the Business Development team.
  • Prepare and manage the business development budget, including forecasting revenue, tracking expenses, and reporting regularly on performance.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including capital sales of diagnostic instruments.
  • Support the Account Management team in renewing key strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gain by utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining instrument sales with complementary diagnostic reagents.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage business proactively in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5 years of management experience within the sales function.
  • Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management, and negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain, and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
  • Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and good command of English.
  • Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.
  • Positive attitude, able to work under high pressure.
  • Frequent travel is required.
Education:

Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business, or related fields.
