The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering channel P&L analysis and business recommendations to steer profitable channel growth./ppbKey Responsibilities/b/pulliDeliver channel P&L analysis and business recommendations to steer profitable channel growth./liliWork closely with sales team to fully support business development with margin analysis, trade term design & execution and other investment evaluation./liliTrade term implementation results monthly followed up including contract governance function support for responsible channel./liliResource allocation and overall policy governance of Trade Spending budget across all channels to improve efficiency and ROI./liliIdentify problems or bottlenecks to improve efficiency by strengthening processes and system optimization./liliSupport ad hoc tasks especially coming from the top management including new business model requests and related financial simulation./li/ulpbRequirements/b/pulliBachelor's degree or above in business administration, accounting or related areas./liliAt least 3 years working experience is necessary./liliFinancial / Controlling background or Sales Steering experience is preferred./liliLogical thinking and Communication skill is necessary./liliFluent English Speaker/li/ul
