Job Title: GBS Ultrasound Japan Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a GBS Ultrasound Japan Intern. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for the systematic administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy of calculations and payments within contractual terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematic administration of contracts, including creation, logistics tracking, and archiving.
  • Understanding contract content and driving related actions across all channels.
  • Facilitating Contract Performance Monitoring and evaluating gaps between current contract value and required contract value.
  • Supporting compliance audits and contract review and control process.
  • Cooperating with sales support, order management, project manager, and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
