As a member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, this role is responsible for providing support to clinical supplies operations and administrative activities in all areas of the clinical supplies lifecycle of low to moderate complexity studies.

Key responsibilities include coordinating, supporting, and performing logistics and administrative work to support the department, as well as ensuring all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling, and packaging.

Responsibilities also include tracking inventories and expiration dates of all department drug products and medical devices, and issuing monthly status reports.

In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for arranging purchases of additional supplies upon request, maintaining accurate data in electronic management systems for assigned studies, and participating in and supporting department project teams.

Key qualifications include intermediate English and good communication skills, as well as strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will also possess good analytical skills and the ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

This role requires a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high standards of quality and excellence.
