About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating group rooming and financial activities to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments to achieve successful groups from pre-arrival through final billing;
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports;
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely;
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
